Getting the Wheeling Fever
I need to replace the left side cv axle shaft on my 90 isuzu tooper. I am having trouble trying to figure out which size to order. To what I understand there is a 9/16 shaft with smooth cylindrical inboard joint and there's an 11/16 with a ribbed inboard joint. My trooper has the 'J' on the vin code. So if anyone could help me with which one to order I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Kyle

Mudrunner
Troopers of Japanese origin, which yours is with the J prefix, have a smaller diameter cup on the end of the inner axle than the Troopers of Taiwanese origin. They're not interchangeable.

Buy a Trooper. You'll be glad you did.
