I can watch the surgery chanel while eating spaghetti. As long as I don't have to smell it i'm fine. What grossed me out was she had a band aid on her finger but no gloves. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Saw it at least a week ago. Didn't gross me out any. But usually it's not the sight of that bothers me. It's more the smell ... sometimes. Like with vomit, sometimes I feel the urge to upchuck myself, but other times it's not a big deal at all.

that is basically a Boil isn't it?? to put it simply its a pimple that is under the surface of the skin, it keeps getting bigger because it has nowhere to rupture?

You treat a boil with a hot compress first to see if it'll rupture on its own. Lance it if it doesn't respond to a hot compress (or soak in hot water if 'down thar').
Safeguard yourself and keep it CLEAN, as this is usually the result of a staph infection.
