They are probably plastic, still. I looked up some of the questions that have already been answered by them, and if the OEM part was plastic, then the aftermarket part that they present to us is plastic.

It has been my experiance with the KIA aftermarket stuff That they are made better!
The head lights that I purchased awile back (and still have) were slightly different as well as the rear driver side tail light assy. They seemed better.
My 96 Civic had the new halogen lights (also plastic lenses) and never ever tarnished. I think it is the way that they make them--------Plastic or not.
Very nice price for a pair....I paid that price for each. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />..
