Anyone here replaced a back wheel bearing. Seems to be a huge P.I.T.A.

I have bought the new one 100. But it has to be replaced. Old one is causing major rumbling in car. Has anyone personally done ir have you had a shop do it?

Yes they will die at times and when they do can make a lot of rumble in the car ...If you have the right tools and know how you can I'm sure...I "am" a shop with the right tools and know how.... Changing a bearing on any of the Japanese axles is a job ... If you were near me I could do it ... Cant see how a home guy would want too..
Having your bearing die was a fluke ..
You mite want to at least look see what a shop would want to do it ..
Sorry on the break down
