Here is a link to one I was planning on putting on my SWB. (It's between this and a roof top tent) http://www.shopatron.com/products/produc...00.29698.0.0.0? I had one on my LWB that was great. Keep in mind, they are a little noisy above 60mph but I've loaded so much crap on a rack like this its not even funny. Very versatile and pretty well made. Be sure to ask for the rain gutter mounts. They technically don't list the raider or Gen I Montero for application so you just find the size you want and the gutter mounts are adjustable so definately no fitment issues. This Tahoe one is 48"X60" and would be full length and width of the Raider's roof. Wilderness also has light mounts for up front, spare tire brackets, high lift et al.. Hope that helps. I'll try to post up a pic of my LWB that has one on it.

Nice. I'd love to get one too. But when I see what they're charging ($575?!!?!?) I just bought my 89 Conquest for $350 and 90 Mighty Max for $550. I dont know... another full size toy or an accessory?

Yea, little spendy but cheap when compared to others like ARB, Hannibal etc. I suppose if one was handy with a welder it wouldn't be too difficult of a project. They do look good and work well though. There aren't a ton of options for the Gen I but this Wilderness rack is a good one. Here is another pic of my truck with a Thule bar setup. This setup works well if you don't need the basket type rack up on top. New its all gonna run you about the same price though. Might be able to pick up the parts off ebay or craigslist for cheap.

That is a super deal. It is the "sport" rack not the "off road" one but its just a 2" basket depth difference. You would want to check the dimensions on that part number though, make sure it will work.

I don't need it. I already have a Wilderness Trails rack including their hilift mount... ![[Linked Image]](http://inlinethumb12.webshots.com/43019/2474283800104986527S600x600Q85.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://inlinethumb04.webshots.com/42819/2280819490104986527S600x600Q85.jpg)

I have used the basic Yakima gutter mount for years. It will hold about anything you can mount on it. When empty, you may have to reposition the front bar to get rid of the howl.
Empty racks hurt mileage as much as full ones.
Don't drive under low branches.

I picked up a used Conferr rack at a yard sale for $40, needed the mounts...$160 from the local rack store which I still haven't spent. You could also use a Weatherguard, Kargo Kraft, or similar gutter mount van rack system. This is an Adrian Steel rack that I received for free and have since gifted away, just for example.
