I am looking at another 90 lwb after mine blew. The guy says it needs a crank position sensor. It wont start. Is this an easy replacement, as I have a donor monty? Where is it located? Could it be the crank bolt problem instead? Any help would be great. I have never dealt with this before. Thanks

There's not a crank sensor on it. There is an optical sensor in the distributor that has a fairly high fail rate. Easy fix if you can swap the distributor from your parts car and assuming it's the same.
EDIT: Oh and the crank bolt issue is pretty obvious when it turns over. The harmonic balancer doesn't turn with the engine, it's broke.

Fasteddy's advice is occasionally sound...
