Getting the Wheeling Fever
What all needs to be done to remove the heater core on a 1990 first gen Isuzu trooper? The Hanes manual makes it sound easy and says to just remove the linkage and four mounting screws, then remove the unit. But when I tried this it still doesnt want to come out. It seems like I am going to have to disconnect the A/C lines, remove the Evap box and the box containing the blower motor. then finally remove the entire heater box and then remove the heater core. Is this correct or is there an easier way.
Thanks,
Kyle

I had to remove the dash on the only one I changed. Wasent as hard as I thought it would be. Two Bolts on ether side if I remember right. Four screws under plugs across the top. I dont think I had to remove it just lift it out of the way. Good time to replace the hoses. Summers coming.
