ok, i have a 2wd 2002 sportage. i have seen two websites that sell an entire driveshaft, tranny to rear axle for almost $400... i can't afford that. one of them also sells the center bearing alone for $89 and change. i want to find that cheaper. anybody know anything? also, anyone know for sure how to change it? looks like you unbolt and remove the rear flange and then press the bearing off, then press a new bearing on and bolt the flange back on. any help is appreciated.
just went to the junk yard and got one today, bolted it in and it vibrates pretty bad on take-off too, the original one blew on the highway... don't want that happening again.
thx for anything guys...

the center you can order wholesale if they have them on-line for about $60 the bering between it and the flange I think is about $30 wholesale, wholesale for the total shaft with all new parts is just under $400 bucks alot of money, but it's all new stuff. the book does say the mt. at. are different part #'s for the total shafts, maybe the tranny's are different lenghts
