Have looked through the archives and have seen reference to the hinges being adjustable but can't find anything in my manual about how its done. hinges don't appear to be falling apart as I can't feel any movement when I try to pick up the end of the door. Door is sagging just enough to make it irritating.

Ideas?

I couldn't find anything also, and my door sags enough that you have to lift to clear the bumper, just a little though. But very annoying. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />

DISCLAIMER I have not adjusted a montero rear door, but in general the bolts that clamp the hinge to the body is loosened and the door repositioned and bolts reclamped. I say clamped b/c there is a plate that floats with the bolts inside that body panel and hence clamps the hinge into place.
A bit of lifting on the end of the door can show if it is from the hinge pins being worn.
