Is there a writeup for the gen2 uca to gen1 swap? I searched and searched and couldn't find it.
Also I understand longer bolts may be required for this. Is there a concensus on what size bolt is needed?

I " almost" needed longer bolts. I used 1 thick and one thin shim on each arm. If I needed any more shimming I would have needed longer bolts. I didn't use the original lockwashers, the mistu washers are 2 times thicker than washers for NAPA. Doing that helped alot. I had to use the brake hose brakets off the gen 1 arms on the "new" gen 2 arms. Can't think of any more problems doing this swap, all pretty easy job.
