Where should i start looking next. There is also carbon type smoke out when idling rough. Valves? Float? Timing? Please help?

Does it smell like gas? Sounds like its too rich. Check the simple things like making sure your choke is not closing. Make sure your air filter and hoses are not clogged.

If it smells like rotten eggs, could be a clogged catalytic converter.

Sounds like you need a needle and seat.
Have you checked the float level in the sight glass while its running?

Carbie-- AAP diaphragm is shot most likely, esp if exhaust is sooty. Not uncommon.

If you have blue smoke while running down the road, your valve seats are worn also.
