Can someone please tell me if both diaphragms are supposed to hold steady vacuum or not. ?

On mine the one that controls the 0?-12? setting at idle bleeds off slowly. The other holds vacuum just fine.

Body Damage is Cool
Both are supposed to hold vacuum. When I replaced mine, it was actually cheaper to get one from the dealer (Bob Bridge Toyota, online. http://www.1sttoyotaparts.com/)

19220-35140 - $136.78 at the time of this posting

RockAuto has one from Standard Motor Products for about 116 bucks tooà not sure why the price fluctuates like that.

Thanks for the reply,

Almost new engine became a Ca. "gross polluter" yesterday. Not sure if this alone could be the problem but it'll have to be fixed.
