My family is gone to FL to visit the in-laws. I sort of forgot that today is Easter. Yard isn't open.

This week will be busy at work, as the first week of the month is for me. No way I'd get there for a lunch break. Maybe I can swing by on the weekend.

Thinking more about what you need. Does the PO have the cubby in his and still with the studs for the center mounts? If he has had the seats out for ten years, maybe he chopped them. If he didn't, you can easily swap yours without for his with. No difference to him, as they are otherwise the same.

Thinking more again, and how I fit mine for the center rear hoop, doing that, and figuring alignment for the front center mounts might be a PITA. It was super simple for me to fit that rear center hoop once all the other mounting points were in place and secure.

Still thinking more (okay, no more beers on this beautiful spring day ). If someone measured precisely where the studs were placed, you could then readily drill a hole and through-bolt from behind/inside the cubby. Don't think that would be too bad- knowing right where to place the bolt.

Thanks for giving it some thought.
Would you mind taking a picture of the center hoop? I have an idea what it should look like but a picture would answer a number of questions.

The PO is too far away to deal with again and there was no way to access the floor of his truck at the time of seat pick up.

Sorry, missed your update above. It's dark out now here. If I forget to snap a pic, in the next day or so, don't hesitate to PM me. My family has been gone for two weeks on break and get home tomorrow. Might take a day or two to do more that just drive mine.

Took a while, but got it- the cubby and center hoop. They didn't have the part I needed for me though.

O.K. so MontyMcV came through and picked up, packaged and FedEx'd the cubby and hoop.
Forever grateful I am!!

That made the swap a SNAP!

The 1995 (one seat) is at the top. The 1996 Split seat cubby is below.
[Linked Image]

Cubby removed.
[Linked Image]

New(er) cubby seated. The center hoop is unsecured (and backwards) in this picture.
[Linked Image]

Carpet replaced. Center hoop still unsecured.
[Linked Image]

One seat 3/4 secured. (Don't mind the nasty carpet. I have scrubbed and scrubbed)
[Linked Image]

Two seats 3/4 secured.
[Linked Image]

They are both bolted down at three of the four points because I have not quite figured out the center hoop and have to procure bolts and drill holes.

This is how the seats are secured where I used to have nothing.

THANKS AGAIN BILL!

Sweet, not only did you get it today, which I wasn't sure would happen, but you kicked from there.

I'll try and snap a pic of hoop for that last part in a minute. If it's tooo dark, I'll do again tomorrow. When I did mine, I got some grade-8 bolts to fit the holes in the base of the hoop. I then used one washer on the top, as the plate is stout, and two washers stacked (each bolt) on the bottom. The first washer under the body it a larger diameter fender washer that had a larger center hole, then the second is a smaller washer that had an ID that matched the bolt. I epoxied each pair together first so I didn't have to worry about optimal positioning when working underneath.

The last part was to drill the hole in the floor. For that I dropped the seats onto the hoop and positioned it into a place where I was happy and then marked for where to drill. I used a bit slightly larger than the bolts so I'd have some wiggle room if need to ne sure the seats latched reliably.

Here's a pic. Only other thing that comes to mind is notice on the left side how I trimmed the rubberized layer on the floor just a little to get the bracket to set flat.
