Here is a question for the historians out there. I have lots of documentation on my 90 Monty LWB. It came off the boat in San Pedro CA. It was sold in Ontario CA as a fleet vehicle. The mystery is that it is equipped as a federal vehicle not a CA vehicle. I'm guessing because the AQMD in CA designated it a "SPV" [special purpose vehicle] it did not need to comply with CA vehicle standards. Or was this vehicle destined to go ta a Gov entity. Whadya think. Any thoughts apreciated.
