Getting the Wheeling Fever
So it seems the engine i bought had an oil leak coming from underneath the intake manifold.
there is this area with two bolts holding on a plate like thing(sorry for the bad description)that isn't on the engine that was in the raider.
that seems to be where the leak is coming from.
the "new" engine was from a 86 or 87 d-50.
is there like a gasket that could be leaking oil there or something?

Has the fuel pump been changed to an electric replacement? If so, the "plate" may be blocking the hole for the OE mechanical pump.

Fuel pump gasket or the fuel pump can leak oil. If you dont have a pump on the engine it might be a block off plate.
