Looking like I'll be around in June.

The bigger question is the rig. Stock Gen II SR Monty on 33s, or the 69 Bronco with rock sliders, cage, locked rear, limited slip front, 6.2 to 1 low gear ect.

Would love to run the Con. Last ran it over 18 years ago.

Just heard that Toyota is having a huge event (+100 rigs) on the 'con on the third weekend in June.

Seems most are busy in June (I'll be busy working on Mod's throughout June as well) so how about the 10th/11th of July instead?

I was just reading about this today. The Toyota Land Cruiser Association is having the 22nd Annual Rubithon event on June 15-20. Yes, they expect a lot of rigs with a limit of 200 entries. I just wanted to clarify the dates so you can fine tune if you still wanted to hold it in June, Ray. HTH

Well I've been on the phone with most of you who have voiced interest in this run.

Seems most are still up for going (whew!) and from what I've seen later in July might work for everyone. Like Carlos and many of you, I also want to watch the world cup (although I have no problem TIVO'ing it and watching it when I get back! ).

So that said, lets go ahead and decide if July 24/25 or 29/30 work better for everyone.

Alternatively we can also do some other trails in a few weeks. I've been itching to redo Deer Valley or the Pardoe Trail which although not as difficult to the 'con would be a fun trip.
