You'll need two, and it ran me $7.21 each plus tax. You'll also need a soldering iron and some solder. If you don't have them, your dealer will be able to get the entire holder assembly with brushes already installed (I was quoted about $18). If anyone else is interested - there are two different styles of starter contacts. The dealer used my VIN to determine which one I needed. Man who fly airplane upside-down bound to have crack up.
