As most know I am a Uwharrie Addict and would be all over this. But the bank account isn't allowing for many trips right now. If I happen upon a money tree I may just make it. Other wise have fun out there and make sure to take plenty of pictures.

Actually I sold something I had laying around the house for $25 bucks (well I will be selling it Monday). So $25 about covers my round trip gas, all I will have to come up with now is the gas to wheel. So I will be up there the 22nd for the day. I know I will be on Daniel part of the day because I have to talk with Terry Savery (Hydrology - Forest Service) about a few things on that trail. You should tag along man so you can meet her and talk Hydrology/Trails/Wheeling stuff. Would be fun for sure. And then I could just ride in the luxo A/C rig you have.

Motor dependent still, waiting on main studs and rod bolts. Would be very interested in meeting the hydrology person. Hopefully I'll make it.

Hope you can make it Mark. If you can I will just bring the pass with instead of mailing it. Terry Savery is a great person to work with, she is the one I met up/worked with to do the trail work on Falls Dam in March. We will be checking out Daniel and talking about the ledges, and the other primary obstacles.

Man this stinks. i will not be able to go. i have to rebuild my brothers chevy metro. it would be cool to meet another hydrologist. There are so few of us out there. of course handing out with other Mitsu peeps. i know I want to do a trip in late June. I have a few little surprise projects for the montero in that time so it should be completely ready by then.
