http://www.getspicychicken.com/They've changed their system so there's a max number they will serve at a given restaurant in a given time frame. Probably to avoid the fiasco that ensued the last time they did a sammich giveaway.

Another local boy made good there. I've eaten at the original Dwarf House that Truett Cathey started down on the south side of greater ATL, and at the first Chik Fila he started in a mall, but I've never eaten in one of his restaurants on a Sunday...
This is one of the good guys, and it's a good samich, but they screwed up the chicken salad sandwich...

FE, you'll never eat in one of his restaurants (Chik-Fil-Et, at least) on a Sunday, unless you break in. Closed; company policy.

119.46 miles away <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> What? My hometown has 33,000 people in it...and we've got 2!

The laws of economics do not apply here ! We have a store a mile away and I had to reserve 2 sandwiches to make it economically feasible to avoid eating at home. Thanks, Scott! Frank

Sunday closing is not a company policy, it's a Truett Cathey policy. He's a church-goin' man, and believes in a day of rest and religion for himself and his employees, and there's not a bit of hypocrisy in him. Damn good to his employees, too. Gives lots of scholarship money to the kids that work for him. And he serves good sweet tea...
