My 4runner's previous owner put some NGK wires on and they look to be similar quality as OEM. They are just blue and I don't know if they come with all the clips like OEM. I wouldn't hesitate to buy NGK either though. Did mine at >90K miles, noticed a difference. I'm sure NGK wires and boots are fine but its a tricky crossover harness and the OEM clips sure come in handy at all the right places.
