Need a Spot
Bridgestone is warrantying the tires on my truck for pre-mature ware. I love my Duelers but I was wondering if anyone has had both the Dueler A/T D695 and the Dueler A/T Revo 2? Is anyone familiar with the differences in these 2 tires? Is one quieter than the other? Does one have substantially more traction than the other? Any opinion is appreciated.

Thanks

Don

I would suggest going to Tire Rack.com and reading the reviews.

Just as a FYI, I had Duelers that were given to me by Rodney when I bought the SR from him... Worst tires ever! Out of round issues, noisy, etc,etc..

This seems to be an issue that's common with them. Make sure you get a new warranty with your new ones! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

I worked at a company-owned Bridgestone Firestone store for about 5 years. I had very few actual defective tires in that time. We sold, on average, 1100 tires a month. The majority of the defects that we processed were for customer satisfaction issues, not true defects. Most of the time, it was the loose nut between the steering wheel and the seat that was the defect.

The Dueler A/T Revo is a very good tire. Not necessarily the best as far as off-road traction goes. But, it's no slouch. I really miss the old Dueler M/T, like what Sparky had on his black LWB.

Fasteddy's advice is occasionally sound...
