Everywhere i read said that the tensioner bolts were only supposed to be torqued to 12 ft. lbs. bc if they were overtightened then it could cause the plunger in the tensioner to stick. I had a scraping noise, was my A/C tensioner pulley bearing wore out. Pull your AC and P/S belts off, start it up and see if it still does it. '94 X-Cab, EB inside and a few fabbed parts.
