I just pulled a set of brown seats. If you want these grey seats with all grey covers and hardware along with seatbelts I can ship them. I dont have the headrests for the seats. If you can find a grey interior in a yard the front headrests fit. The hand grip that holds them up while folded will be held in with rivnuts. The holes are in the metal already but the nuts arent welded in. SRTNate and I someday will fab up a mount for the shoulder belt mount behind that little hole that is plugged in the rear plastic surround near the vent. For now I am going to use two lap belts from the regular middle row center seat mounted to the cargo hook hold downs. Or I may just leave them with no seatbelts and have them be the Happy Fun Time Possible Death Giggle Seats. The floor mount clamp is being removed off the seats. The European Mk1 never had the floor clamp mounts so I feel safe not having them.

Nice. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Do you have any pics with the seats folded out of the way?

I got rid of the back seat, and honestly never thought of the jump seats. This has potential, especialy for the SWB.

Body Damage is Cool
It would be cool to mount them rear facing, like an old station wagon...

The idea was pondered, but since there is an angle to the seat backs, when you put the 2nd row against the 3rd row it wastes a lot of space, and eliminates a lot of leg room. As is, there's still room for a high-lift and toolbox behind the 3rd row. Also, I'm 6' and still rode back there comfortably.

Chief, I just got the handles mounted today to be able to fold them up. No photos yet but they are identical to the gen 2 when folded up. Next comes the seatbelt mount for the shoulder belt. They are really comfy and easy to get into when you flip and fold the "middle" seat.

The grey seats with all the hardware, plastic covers, seatbelts and other bits are officially up for grabs for 60 bucks plus shipping. If you are somewhat close I can meet you halfway. These will come with the mounts that need to be welded in and I can show you what you need to get the upper handhold things installed. I get a huge discount on shipping with fedex. I just shipped a 78 lb box with the LSD third memeber to Mi Mitsu for 30 bucks as a comparison.
