I need a switch for my 1G 4runner rear window. Any good recommendations? I think I'd like a stock style rocker switch, but I'm open to suggestions. -- Matt

Um - would the '88 4Runner rear window rocker switch I have in a box in my basement work??
Or are you looking for something that is NOT the actual factory switch?

I should have asked the question first: Are those rectangular rocker switches in the console and dash of 2G pickups and 1G 4runners standard items that you can get from electronics parts dealers? -- Matt

The Cole Hersee Rocker switches are supposed to be a pretty good fit:

I got mine at a local picknpull from a 4runner.
The electric antenna switch from any mid-80's Toyota might also work.

Have you tried cleaning the switches yet? They do get gunked up....

What are some options for the power window switches (driver & passenger) for an 86'?. Mine just rotted to pieces and I haven't seen any anywhere.
