Just wondering if a radiator out of a '94 22re pickup (MT) can be swapped into an 87 22re 4runner (MT)?

Should be a direct swap. A new 3-row radiator is not all that much money and unless the one you are looking at is fairly new, might be worthwhile getting a new one.

There is a remote possibility that I may be getting an '87 4runner, and I would like to take the 3-row out of my '94 pickup and swap it over, if that 4runner becomes a reality for me. There's only 20,000 miles on that 3-row right now.
