buy a bottle of electrical connector cleaner and a few brushes. After that fill the plug ends with electric tune up grease.

Yeah i did as you guys suggested and made this super awesome cleaner(out of a wiperblade)
Still runs like crap....
Oh and that was a spare ECM. I had the stock one repaired.
That one was just plugged in as the truck sat for 8 months.

Was it able to remove that oxidation so you're back down to bare metal?

Yeah, I cleaned the crap out of it. Still had the same problem so I replaced the connectors.(PITA) Still the same problem. Tried another ECM and still wont accelerate properly.
*Roll diagnosis dice*
Pull fuel rail check/swap injectors
