I have the right ECU since my car is a CA emissions car.
I was driving down the freeway and the car suddenly died. I have changed the wires, plugs, Filter, Flushed out the coolant checked for leaks in the intake and exhaust. I'm thinking it could be a bad fuel pump. The car cranks over I didnt see any wet plugs so that could be the issue. I had also just replaced the ECU with another one that I had found. Hopefully it isnt another bad ECU. Any Ideas?

Wrong forum to try to diagnose your issue. Move over to Mitsu tech for alot more exposure to some very knowledgeable readers.
A bad ECU can inhibit the pump from coming on. Have you opened its case to take a whiff? To check your pumps' physical operation, apply 12v to the test plug in the passenger footwell.
