So tomorrow is the fateful day that at one time I never thought would come. I am selling my T to get the family a van. We have a 2.5yr and a 4mon old and not having a 4 dr cab doesn't cut it. So I am sending it back to MI to get sold and my parents are bring up the 05 Sienna Le we bought. I hope to find Someone who will care for her and appreciate her like I have. Shes taken me across the country through blizzards and moves. Shes never let me down. Now I am relegated to our 05 vibe till we can afford another truck. Anyways its been a great 7yrs. I hope to stick around the form with a Tundra for the next truck.

I understand how you feel and I have waffled a bit about sellin' my girl. However I can't make myself do it as I just broke 100K miles and it still gets me through the worst Indiana can muster. I keep my ear to the ground for a next generation fuel-economy technology in some yet to be release 4x4 Toyota. If they ever get a Tundra or Tacoma to do 30mpg or higher (hydraulic parallel hybrid) then I'll buy one wrecked and have it shoe-horned under my girl. I'm quite sure they'll be giving mine away after I'm gone from this earth. Brew

I know that I don't have many miles on her total but the problem is not having even a 3rd door though is the cab was 3-4in longer all in the back it would be perfect. I am going to post her in the for sale section in a week or so a while ago a limb feel on the cab and the repair cracked so the body shop is making it right. Then it will get posted officially. For the forum I'm firm on $7500 for the general public I am going to put it out initially at 8500obo. Just a quick options rundown is 5spd console buckets SR5 with everything. ![[Linked Image]](http://img840.imageshack.us/img840/8035/img1503k.th.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/6465/img1502xc.th.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://img202.imageshack.us/img202/9724/img1501tv.th.jpg)

Flannelman, Nice truck for the money. Around here you cannot find one with that low of miles for under $9000.00 at mostly used dealers. Most owners really hold on to them. I am starting to think about getting rid of my T and get a newer model Tacoma. Currently have 273K on the odometer with the 3.slow! Probably won't get rid of it until about 2014. Most everything will be paid off and I can afford a vehicle payment by then. I just wished that the Tacoma was available with a turbo-diesel, that would make it sweet! Good mileage, 4WD and power to tow, well maybe not too much. But what I would need it to tow anyway. Good luck with your sale of the T!

Brew I'll second the better fuel economy in a new truck. I like the new power train options in the f-150 but they don't offer the v-6 with 4wd and a crew cab plus they want 30k+ for a new one. The worst part is that even if something new is introduced it would take 6 years or so to get to where I can afford it(10-16k) so its not even worth looking at new stuff. Oh well maybe one day we can get a 1/2 ton with a diesel, a six speed, 4wd, and a crew cab. Oh to dream.....

Man, that topper sat in my backyard untouched & unneeded for two years.. Since selling it to you, I've could have used it at least a half dozen times. Ain't that the way it goes? Good luck with the sale! I'm quite sure they'll be giving mine away after I'm gone from this earth. Brew Brew, please make sure your wife has my email address... Just in case!
