Don't get me wrong, I love my Gen3 but I think a 2 or 2.5 SR would fit me a LOT better.

So, if you have ever wanted a Gen3 I would love to swap for your nice 2 or 2.5 SR.

Here's the run down on my 01 Limited:

2001 Montero Limited 155K miles, White over Silver with Black Leather/Grey carpets. OME HD Lift, OME Nitrocharger Shocks, 265/75/16 BFG AT's (75%), Surco 40x60 roof basket w/mounts, and Class III Reese hitch.

Timing belt & tensioner, water pump, all pulleys and tensioner, plugs & wires, valve cover gaskets, coolant & thermostat, plenum gaskets, all 4 O2 sensors, and I'm sure of some other things replaced at 125K(over 2 yrs ago).

OME springs & shocks, both front hubs, front rotors and pads, and rear pads in August '10.

In-dash CD/DVD player and Pass. side rear cam seal replaced on 2/7/11.

Custom aluminum sump guard to be installed soon or come ready for install.

Truck runs great, pulls great, EVERYTHING works, and will haul 7 in relative comfort while getting 13mpg around town and 16mpg on the highway.

I think my Gen 1 would fit you even better than you can imagine.

Are you serious? I have 2 monteros 1990 LS with 270k and 1995 SR- The SR has 126k- Currently ordered a complete new Butterfly assembly (not here yet) Also I plan to seal sunroof shut- Man I'm still not sure if I'd want a gen 3.

What's the catch? I'm interested.

Actually I installed the Gen 2 rear flip seats in my Gen 1 so there are enough seatbelts

Well, the only real catch would be that I'm not going to even-swap a roughly $8000 truck for a $4000 truck...but I would be more than gracious at meeting in the middle for the right truck.

Whatever comes by has to be a definite daily-driver, so 3rd row seats are a must!
