Getting the Wheeling Fever
I am installing my weber on my 1987 dodge raider and I have a bit of a hang up what do I do with the coolant hose that ran into the bottom of my old Mukini carb it plugged in at the bottom of the old carb and ran to a T coming out of the intake that goes to the heater not sure what to do with it also on my fuel pump I have 3 hoses one comes from the tank and goes into the fuel pump labeled (In) the other comes from the bottom side of the fuel pump labeled (out) it went to the old carb, the other is the problem it comes from the top of the fuel pump with no stamp on the fuel pump saying what it is I assume this is a vent hose, it also went to the old mukini carb, but what do i do with this hose if it is indeed a vent for the fuel pump???thanks for any help

Coolant line, stick a bolt in it and clamp it in place.

The third line from the fuel pump is return-to-tank; it recirculates the fuel through the lines and the tank while the engine is running. I "think" you can connect it to the metal return line to the tank (it runs alongside the supply hard line along the driver's side frame rail).

I seem to recall others who have installed a fuel pressure regulator on the supply, or "in" line to the carb. As I recall, the mechanical fuel pump is a bit strong for the Weber, but I'm far from an expert on the matter.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
My Weber Carb kit did not have the fitting for the return line installed. I just plugged the rubber line going back to the return line (small metal line on the frame rail). Others have used a fuel filter that has one "in" and two "outs", and plugged the return line into one of the two outs.

I did have an electric fuel pump that ran through a regulator, but I ran the stock pump without a regulator and now I am just running the electric without and it seems fine.

Hope that helps.
