WWFF...I'll look into mounting them on the sides ... Just wanting the most space with the seat folder...

HD... Seat is grey ...The problem will be no seat base if I mount the jump seats to the stock 89 seat base ..

I'll dig the seats out of the LS and see whats their this week end ...

Roll Me Over
*****
The way I have mine set up is just like the photo that MontyMcV has posted up. 95 sets on the 89 Frame. It still folds and tumbles forward but its tough to fold if you have your front seats all the way back. Best way to do it is to move the front seats forward and then tumble the rear. once its folded up then move the front seats back. One thing that is cool about it it is that it makes it a split back so if you need to you can just fold one side of the back rest down if you need just a little bit of room for something extra but still have a passenger in the back, or if you dont want to tumbel it..

Found these, too:

I sat in one of these in Panama. It seems to use the LWB 2nd row seat in place of the SWB 2nd row seat, which places it MUCH further forward (notice the seat curves around the front of the wheel arches instead of sitting fully between them) . Unless the driver is short, there is VERY little leg room in the 2nd row.

Body Damage is Cool
And, given the width of a Gen I Montero, there should be very little leg room for the passengers in the jump seats.

A buddy of mine had a old FJ40 landcruiser that had the rear seats on the wheel wells. Wasn't too bad for room. My kids sit on the wheel wells when we go woodcutting. The giant one complains about headroom but not about legroom.
