Is there any thing I should be taking a close look at? I have a 99 SR5 V6, automatic, 4x4 with 48000 mi I repaced MAF, o2 sensors, tires, shocks, exhaust system, all fluids. any help would be great.

Seriously though, is there a certain problem you're trying to diagnose? If not, just continue following the maintenance schedule and you'll be fine.

48,000?!?!?! It's barely broken in... The "problems" shouldn't begin until about 150-200k! Serious stuff like the power antenna quits, or the seat rips. Damn - I've got the same Runner and I have to Find things wrong!! - one of my pet peeves is making sure all 'loose' hoses-connections in the engine bay are tied up with zips..the only 'major' prob I have had is a ck engine light because of a dirty MAF.. oh and I did replace a CV joint boot..that was fun..kinda hope another one goes.
