How did you all replace it? Did you take off the carb? I tried to replace mine without taking it off but it looks like someone tried before and stripped one of the screws (I just bought the montero). So now I don't know if I have any other choice.

87 Montero 2.6l

New to me , used 1987 SWB Montero 2.6l 4cyl auto. Stock so far.

Non Daily Driver, Not yet anyways.
