Body Damage is Cool
Parked across the street from some friends' place. Just posting it for the hoot; I have nothing to do with the sale (other than trying to convince my housemate to buy it <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/drunk.gif" alt="" /> ).

That's pretty cool looking. Nice of him to spell out what you needed for a title to pick it up.

Sure you don't need a parts rig? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Actually, it's pretty well refreshed these days - Kendall and (iirc/pretty sure) AC Machine in Eagle River reman'ed the heads a year and a half ago. Two months before that I got a Marlin rebuilt r150f into it, redid f/r bearings and rear brakes inside the past year. I need an A/C pulley bearing, developed a transfer clunk that I think might just be uneven tire pressure (not been paying real close attention this winter)...oh, and the last rear brake job came at the expense of my ebrake. So far the 4x4s I scavenged from behind the shed are working out alright, tho. It's in pretty good shape for 16 years old.

No, I am wishing I hadn't let my front third go for such a song, though, nearly gave it away.

Sounds like the housemate might be closing on a private party '03 Tundra today, after all. I told him, though, after two weeks of "needing to buy a truck today" and not making up his mind, that this cross breed was a sign. Almost had him convinced, too, but he decided to keep haggling for the 03.
