General Motors Will Not Discuss Possible Investment In Isuzu.

The Detroit News (5/1, Burden) reports, "General Motors Co. is not confirming, nor is it denying reports Sunday from a Japanese business newspaper that the automaker is beginning negotiations with Isuzu Motors Ltd. to acquire about a 10 percent stake in the Japanese" company. "Reuters, also citing the Nikkei business daily, said the automakers would work on commercial vehicle projects in Asia, Central America and South America, and that the companies were hoping to ink an agreement this summer."
