Getting the Wheeling Fever
Hey all,

Well, my ongoing issue with my Monty has come to an abrupt end; I ended up accepting a job offer out of the country and cannot take the truck with me, due to logistical issues. So, I decided to give it to an interested party.

We negotiated the terms and I ended up keeping the ECU as it hadn't arrived before they would take delivery of my Gen II.

So, with that in mind I decided to give you guys who have assisted me with these issue(s) thus far the opportunity to purchase the ECU from me directly.

Remember, this is a newly re-manufactured AVPro ECU, with a Life-Time warranty. I didn't even get the chance to install it on my truck as it just came in last night in the mail.

I think $200 (+SH) is fair for the ECU, as that was the price for the refurbishment service and shipping alone. Having first-hand experience dealing with the astronomical prices for used ECU's I'd rather just focus on being able to allow another Gen II owner keep their own on the the road.

Specifications:

1993 Montero 4x4 Auto; (CA model) 6G72: 3.0L/12-valve
Part#: MD175915

PM me for info, and we can discuss the details. At this time I'd rather deal with Money Orders as I have closed my paypal account several years ago and do not intend to do otherwise.

TO MODS: If you feel the need to re-locate this thread, I will understand; I just wanted to show my gratitude to all who have impacted my short, yet memorable, stay here on the forum directly.

Thanks!

No takers? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

I guess I'll have to ask someone with an ebay account to take care of it for me then.
