I will start with the vehicle info.
main ride: 90 pajero v6 auto
donor car - 92 pajero nh v6 auto
I know that the rear diff will fit, whihc I will swap since it has the 4.875 gears and factory air locker.
as for the front I have an 8" diff and the nh has the smaller 7.25" diff. has anyone actually swapped complete housings over? I would love to get my rig fully regeared. and this is a major hurtle trying to get it sorted.
Has anyone tried this? is there an old thread I cant find with more info?

This swap has been performed before. Here are some links: Wire Thread 1 Wire Thread 2 Wire Thread 3 Wire Thread 4 This should be a good starting point, threads from the last 6 months. All the players who discuss the topic are normally ready to help. Cheers, Russell
