Getting the Wheeling Fever

So what's an ez way to check fuel pressure on a 95 montero sr 3.5. I've had many problem with this vehicle but now its comes down to hesitation when trying to rev up engine. Acceleration and throttle responses are far from adequate. This thing gets like 10 MPG with 31 tires and grandma behind the wheel.
