I'm trying get this 2002 Kia Spectra fixed for a friend of mine. I drove it for a while and it would eat through a 1/4 tank in about 20 miles and it seems that gas is dripping out the exhaust pipe. I dont know much about cars but if some one could tell me a few things they think could be the problem, I should be able to figure it out.

I know this is a 4x4 forum, but some of you guys are real knowledgable and might be able to help, so I thought I'd ask. Thanks!

Need a Spot
are you sure it's fuel and not water and are you sure your fuel gauge is working properly?
