Well im looking to just put in somthing newer like with lumbar support for the long trips. I havent been to a salvage yard to look around or see what might fit, I thought id just ask around. As for the back seat it really isnt the issue and could keep it.

The Gen I 4-door LS front seats have lumbar adjustment. The Starion seats by Recarro were pretty nice, and are bolt in by changing the seat tracks. The very early Galant seats may work. Eclipse seats are narrow enough. Mighty Max seats with changed tracks.

Another vote for the Gen 1 4-door bouncy seat. Should be an easy enough swap, and they are more comfortable on the long road trip than the non-bouncy seat, plus you'll retain the stock looking interior.

You could go all out, and import a Hyundai Galloper interior.

smile I suspect it'd bolt in.

Gen II fronts are very easy swap. (No lumber though on any Gen II I have had.) Gen II jumpers into SWB rear isn't too hard to do. Someone in the past had a set of mini-van seats for their fronts, from a Chrysler IIRC.

I have sat in that seat and driven the truck. The seat is very comfortable and looks like it belongs. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
