new 1/4rs fit . ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1772.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1775.jpg) David has some rust we have to deal with , before the 1/4rs are mounted peminantly . Also , have to still make the transition on B and C pillars (I will show this) so far coming along as expected .

bonding strips made and installed ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1782.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1784.jpg) These are simply just a flat piece of fiberglass , cut to fit . they are flexable , and easy to install . Epoxied into place , with the epoxy filling all the "air gaps" the panel is ready to install . (just have to fix some rust first) .

so before attaching the panel , its easiest to drill and install the nutcerts for the fuel filler pocket ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1799.jpg) and with that , time to epoxy the panels on ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1794.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1798.jpg) also , David wanted a new rear bumper so we ordered in the TG unit .. got it all prepped and painted today ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1797.jpg) .

clamps off today , and wanted to check fit of the gate before we do the new gate panel .. body lines were great , maybe little tight .. but there is some room to sand the edges if needed , but we dont need to ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1800.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1801.jpg) so now time to tear down the gate ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1806.jpg) just in time .. dealing with minimal rust ... all cleaned up and some POR 15 for some longevity .. curing over the weekend , should be ready to epoxy on Monday ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1807.jpg) skin all prepped and ready to install ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1808.jpg) also got the fuel assy back together ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1804.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j2/bj_bumperboy/david/SSPX1805.jpg) .

Hey Cory, I've got a complete set of front fenders and rear box sides on my 91 truck. I have to say they have worked very well! I'm glad I put them on.
