Need a Spot
I was wondering if anyone could help me out with the problem I seem to behaving with my 95' T100. Anytime I go to turn the wheel hard either right or left I get a loud squeaking or squealing sound. At first it was doing it just a little bit but it has been getting worse. Any help would greatly appreciated.

It's probably the bump stops. You can grease them or buy some aftermarket ones on eBay fer $32 shipped. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

If the squeaking is coincident with suspension movement (hitting bumps, etc.) when at full turn left or right, then greasing the steering stops should solve it.

Otherwise, from your description it could also be as simple as a loose power steering belt or being low on power steering fluid.

Thanks Bam and Erik for getting back to me.

Bam thanks for the link. I had a look and they are def. rubbing so I ordered some of the bumper stops see if they help.

Erik I had checked the power steering fluid and its full. I'll have a look at the belt and see if its loose. Hopefully the bumper stops will fix the problem.
