Its people like that guy why trails are getting shut down. Nice buggy but in the hands of someone who knows what they are doing they would not need to go full throttle.

I agree this is really bad stuff. A continued progression of the buggy phenomenon, trails are not hard enough so they go off trail, and now rock crawling racing which is growing dramatically. I guess if all you want to do is wheel in crappy OHV areas you would not care, but for the rest of us this is bad stuff. Someone should ask him to take it down.

That's southern rockbouncing, that's the newish south eastern rock sport for rednecks. Real shame that is what's popular down there let's hope these guys stay away from our real trails.

Don't pick on us Southeastern boys <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/drunk.gif" alt="" /> The reasons the guys around here do it because of 2 reasons.
a. nascar wanbes
b. they see all the cool things you guys out west get to do and build stuff to be like yall.

Of what I know wheelin east coast is totally different and many of these offroaders do not know that. Thats why I like driving offroad with skill, technique, and finesse. Not slam foot on the pedal and see how far I can go.

That was most impressive how he took out the two trees ~1:13. Even on a private OHV trail that is pathetic...

It's unfortunate that the buggy's driver has no brains or driving talent, only an aggressive right foot.

On the other hand, the buggy is impressive - he was beating the crap out of it with no apparent breakage. With some larger tires and a little more intelligent driving style it would probably be an amazing rock-crawler.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
I don't think that thing could driven with any level of finess...it was flat out unruly...its not a rock crawler..its a rock bouncer. And the people standing in its path had to be either drunk or stupid to be anywhere near it. That thing seemed to respond to steering input about as well as an elephant trying to tread lightly...

If it ain't broke don't fix it...but for the love of god, if it's broke, fix it before you break something else! --PCM
