Body Damage is Cool
Got into my '94 2wd to go to work, and just as I was starting it up, I hear "POP" and the front right drops.
There goes the torsion bar... (see attached pic)
Fortunately I saved the parts from when my '86 was 2wd, so I was able to get it back up - literally - and going today.
Even have the added benefit of the replacement torsion bars being Downeys.
Darn rust... very lucky this happened in my garage, instead of out on the road somewhere.

Take a look under the title, you'll see the "Attachment" hyperlink. I know, new to me as well. Took a minute to find it after I posted the message.

Oh damn, that sheared off pretty good eh?

I never knew you could attach, and still can't see how?

Ya, kinda cool that it sheared with the twist of the torsion. Looking at it closer, I can see it started at the rusted weak point.
As for attaching an image, when you preview your post before submitting, there is an option to attach a file there.
