Looks good! You going turbo, or Just NA? What is your Length of the runners and what is your ideal Plentum size?

Runners will be about 16 long with velocity stacks inside the plenum...

Plenum is going to be approx 4x4 x 12

Going to be na for a while but maybe turbo if this does not add the power I am looking for

I like it. The Aussies got aabout 135hp out of the Magna with mpi, but that was with a different head with bigger valves. I think you will want a turbo...

I like the flange work. Flame or water cut? How will you plumb the two water outlets? I'd weld a bung on the slot and use a brass nipple for the hot water outlet to the bypass and heater. There is some good plenum sizing info on sdsefi.com in the tech articles. You could weld a hose nipple on the tstat outlet and use a remote bmw tstat housing.

the flange was water cut, did a awesome job!!

I actually have the water flanges on there in some of the pictures, rear one is just a hose barb as suggested and the front one i got creative, used a 4g63 thermostat housing so i have a kazillion water outlets for sensors and water lines and what ever crazy i get up to

added some pictures of the plenum i started to work on, its a 3x4 square tubing thats 12 long. little smaller then planed but still much larger then my magna.


also u can see how i did the thermostat housing.
