Getting the Wheeling Fever
Locked up my engine. Refuse to let the crusher get this. IF repairs are going to be too much this time I will sell or part out. 1989 Montero SWB, V6, 5 speed. Tires have only about 3000 miles on them-still have blue on the white letters. Rear seat is there. All glass is in tact. There are a few pics on the gallery. IF things go bad I will get more pics and post. I'm in North Carolina. IF I sell complete I will put a figure on it of BO over $1000.00. Tires and weight at crusher are worth more than that. In last 3000 miles new tires, new clutch, head gaskets replaced, new water pump-prior to that new belts, hoses, thermostat, timing belt within 5000 miles.

Engine being pulled now for rebuild. Can't afford to get different vehicle that I will have to pay more insurance and higher taxes on.

Gonna have to keep it. I can't afford to buy another vehicle and I can fix it for the price of a down payment on something else. I was looking at a nice looking low mileage HEEP, but I would have payments and full coverage insurance and about 10x the property taxes.
