Blower Motor on Gen1

Now that the project is complete I'm tying up all loose ends and small items. My blower motor only runs in the last 2 (highest) settings and wondering if this is a common issue. I know my old Z71 did this and it was a simple resistor (or maybe rheostat) replacement. Haven't had time to dig through the electrical so hopefully it doesn't require a full replacement. AC compressor does kick in at all settings even when fan doesn't.

Yes, blower resistor pack. The low speeds are provided by having a resistor use up part of the current flow before it gets to the motor. High speed is unresisted.
