Should I torque my head bolts dry or lube them before install?

You should freeze them first, then send them up in a rocket under heavy G forces, bury them in a graveyard for a month, dig them up under a full moon, quench them in lamb's blood and rinse them in unicorn tears.

Other than that, I'd say do it any way you want. But you HAVE to do the above.

I Just got a PM from "Liftmaster" He said he has head bolt kits ready to ship for $1700 bucks. Lube is included with the kit. Not for offroad use though.

Talk to a airplane mechanic, he/she will have the answer for you or to be on the safe side you could oil them.
