Body Damage is Cool
Year: 1989
Make: Dodge (Mitsubishi)
Model: Raider (Montero)
Engine: 3.0 v6 fuel injected
Transmission: Auto
Ext. Color: Black
Int. Color: Gray
Miles: 243,563 (Rebuilt at 232,509 by previous owner)
Price: $3500

This is a rare little guy to have a v6 Dodge raider. It has been a fun little ride and for school, but I really need a truck over an suv. As far as I know everything works. It has good heat and decent ac. It rides nice and I have drove from home to school many times (550 miles round trip) and it does highway speeds no problem. It has the normal knicks and chips in the paint you would expect for a vehicle that 24 years old. I am pretty familiar with these little guys, and I even have a 4dr montero that I use for wheeling. This one is mostly stock and it was how I was wanting to keep it. Here is the list of mods that make it non stock:

1. 94 Montero SR rear axle. this adds a factory air locker and disc brakes to this guy, but the best things is it was a complete bolt up swap. I have pictures of showing this process.
2. The seats were taken out and leather ones with arm rest was added, but i still have the factory seats.
3. Aftermarket radio of course and the factory speakers have been replaced with new ones. I might have a factory radio to go back in it if that is desired.
4. Supposedly the previous owner converted the ac to R134A. Have not confirmed this but the ac does work nicely.

List of things I have done since I bought it:
1. New Shocks all 4
2. New rear drive shaft
3. Seat belt flasher, fuel float, windshield wiper parts
4. Battery and hardware
5. Paint the frame. It was not rusty but I like a nice clean frame on my vehicles
6. Power Steering system and brakes flush.

List of previous owner did:

new pistons
new rings
new main & rod bearings
polished crank
re-manned heads
new oil pump
new water pump
new belts
new hoses
new spark plugs
new spark plug wires & distributor cap
new optical pick-up
new pulleys
new all metal radiator
new starter
new muffler
new pump in transmission
new over drive solenoid
new windshield
new heater fan motor
new radio(am/fm/cd/mp3)
new speakers
new transfer case seals
new front brakes(calipers, flex hoses & brake pads)
fully functioning A/C converted to 134a
new tires
K & N air filter

I am working on getting more pics. Rust next to none. Mostly dirt. We have red clay that stains everything. Definitely none on the body. Here are some pics i do have.
