Anyone have a current discount code?
Btw, how did you all sign up to receive them? I'm already getting their news letter but have yet to see a discount code in their emails... Unless I. Missing it somehow...

I didn't sign up for the codes... but during a month long span when I was turbo swapping, I ordered every week and spent hundreds with them. I guess they took that as a sign and I started receiving them every month since.
88 Montero, StarQuest turbo, Kormex 5speed +tuff-pan w/phoenix f. stage2 clutch, 4in lift+33' tires, 4.875 lsd, short-throw shifter, Aisin hubs, SR big brakes, gen2 uca's, elantra alt, and so much more... 16g turbo w/hardpipes + 4.90 locking disk-brake axle soon (maybe lsd or aussie front??)

Being the neighborhood mr. fix-it, I've spent thousands with Rockauto over the years, I should be getting more than 5% discount but I get them emailed to me every few months with an updated one. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> I have been collecting the fridge magnets and have almost all of them  Anyone else get a rock auto christmas card every year?

I just ordered from Rock Auto today. Got the entire rear section of exhaust for my '86 SWB, including the muffler for somewhere around $75 shipped. This is handy because it comes with hanger points and all the weirdly bent tubing.
Here's the strange part. I've had the item in my shopping cart on their site for about a week and every time I would check it the freight was different. At one point, it was showing almost $90 for a $59 part, so that's why I left the site and forgot about it for a few days. Today when I went back to the site, it was $17.49 for shipping, so I bought it.
Weird.

I find that during the check out process the shipping does change based on the actual address you put in.
Business addresses that are registered with Fed-Ex will end up with disgustingly cheap Fed-Ex rates. I always ship to my office because we have fedex pickup and delivery daily.
Long story short always ship to a business if possible!
